Body Odor: Natural Ways of Treating Body Odor



Body odor is caused by bacteria breaking down sweat and is largely linked to the apocrine glands. 
 Most body odor comes from these. These glands are found in the breasts, genital area, eyelids, armpits, and ear. In the breasts, they secrete fat droplets into breast milk.



Natural Remedies for Body Odor

Are you suffering for heavy body odour or you are nursing mother that odour irritates your husband, visitors, or customers.
  And for busy man, this can make people feel you are dirty.
All you need to do is take your shower at least twice daily always change used cloths and inner wears, always have a clean shave both armpit and Bermuda triangle apply body deodorant if you have.
If not these are the three (3) things you need:

  1.  Lime "two (2) pieces"
  2. Cinnamon cassia powder
  3. Neem leave



PREPARATION

  1. Get hand full of Neem leave squeeze in the same water you want to bath with or you boil together to extract juice if you like bathing warm or hot water and remove the leaf. 
  2. Put a spoon of cinnamon powder to it lastly cut two lime (each into two) and put in the water, then allow the water for 20 to 30 mins before bathing with the water.
  3. Cut one lime in to two and place each half inside your armpit both side and close for 20 mins. Finish
You can repeat same once daily till it stop.
